Skilled Worker Stream
- SWM — for people with ongoing work or strong ties in Manitoba.

- GIP — research/commercialization internships.
- ISEP — own/run a Manitoba business.
Expression of Interest (EOI) & Points
- Create an EOI profile (free). You receive a ranking score.
- MPNP conducts EOI draws and issues Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) to selected profiles.
- If you get an LAA, you submit your full application within the stated window.

Fees & Processing
- Skilled Worker / IES application fee: $500 (non-refundable).
- Business Investor Stream application fee: $2,500 (wire transfer).
- There is no fee to submit an EOI.
